Industrial auctioneering specialist Maynards was first established in Vancouver in 1902. The firm has expertise in the liquidation, valuation and financing of industrial assets for clients across multiple industry sectors, with global reach from offices located in the United States, Canada, Germany, UK, China and Japan. This June, Maynards will sell equipment from two unique, pilot production lines used for the manufacture of flexible design and small series sports shoes. The sale takes place in conjunction with Heritage Global Partners.
The production lines were installed in 2018 at the Oechsler Motion facilities in Acworth, Georgia and Ansbach, Germany. Oechsler Motion is one of the Oechsler group of companies and an independent production partner of Adidas.
The online auction of items from the Ansbach production line closes on the 10th of June. The assets can be inspected on the 9th of June by appointment only and include: PFAFF hot air taping machines; Strobel overseaming machines; Ring heelseat forming machines; Global sewing machines; Golden Wheel sewing machines; Baumann pick and place cells; Airworks air cushion machines; Ring toe activating units;Fuchs pneumatic transfer presses; Eliog paternoster ovens; Jema Sewing auto cutting machines; Kuka KR10 robot; Stoll knitting machines and more.
The online auction of items from the Acworth production line closes on the 11th of June. The assets may be viewed by appointment only. Items featured in the sale include: a large selection of stitching machines by Strobel, PFAFF, Pfeil, Global and Durkoff Adler; Ring heel formers; trimming machines; Geo Knight label press; Wagner thermo druckpresse; Eurolaser laser cutting systems; SEI laser cutting systems; Baumann pick and place cells; Bielomatik infrared welder and more.
