Auctioneer Myron Bowling was established in 1975 and provides industrial auction services a broad range of clients across the United States, Canada and Mexico. This March, Myron Bowling will sell in a two day auction a selection of plastic injection and plastic grinding equipment surplus to the ongoing requirements of plastic toy manufacturer Mattel (Mabamex). The auction takes place in conjunction with Myron Bowling Auctioneers Mexico and Hilco Industrial.
Multinational toy manufacturing and entertainment company Mattel was founded in 1945. Their brands include American Girl ®, Barbie ®, Fisher-Price ®, Hot Wheels ® and Thomas & Friends ™. The firm operate in 40 countries and sell their products in over 150 countries worldwide.
The live auction and webcast begins on the 11th of March. The assets, located in Tijuana, Mexico, can be inspected ahead of the sale by appointment only. Items featured in the sale include more than 100 plastic molding and blow molding machines of up to 1,000 ton capacity by Toshiba, Cincinnati, Milacron and Belken; support and toolroom equipment; compressors; chillers; dryers; packaging equipment; forklift; conveyor; pallet racking and distribution center equipment.
