Rabin is selling a complete solar photovoltaic manufacturing facility formerly operated by Sunergy California LLC. Dates of the auction are to be confirmed. Sunergy California LLC was founded in 2016. With headquarters and manufacturing facilities in Sacramento, California, the firm specialises in the manufacture of high-performance photovoltaic modules. The facility available in this sale has an estimated total production capacity of 400 MW of black silicon and bifacial double glass rooftop modules, conventional poly and monocrystalline utility scale modules, and passivated emitter rear contact solar modules. The plant features late model solar photovoltaic production lines, raw materials and finished goods inventory.
Assets available include: 2017 Jinchen solar photovoltaic production line; 2018 ConfirmWare solar photovoltaic production line and production support and general plant equipment, including centrifuges, mix and blend tanks, glass reactor systems, HFS vacuum drying ovens, roto-vapor units, liquid nitrogen storage and delivery system, chromatography system and more.
