New Mill Capital also hold more than 15 million square feet of turnkey manufacturing facilities. This May the firm are selling assets from the State Brewing Co. microbrewery located in Gardena, California.
State Brewing Co. opened in 2018, producing craft beer and establishing a reputation for their India Pale Ales. The brewery announced their closure in February 2020, a decision taken for financial reasons.
The online auction opens on the 6th of May and bidding closes on the 13th of May. The assets, which can be inspected by appointment only, include: 10 BBL Deutsche brewhouse; pilot brew system; 30 BBL Unitank fermenters; grain mill; pumps; 3-head keg washer; Micromatic tap system; G&D chiller; Columbia boiler; RO system; cold box; forklift and Ford E150.
