This April BIDITUP in conjunction with Maynards Industries will sell a complete pita bread and breadsticks baking facility. The assets, formerly of Wooden Bakery, are located in Santa Fe Springs, California.
The global webcast auction will take place on the 14th of April. Assets can be inspected on the 10th and 13th of April or by appointment. The sale presents the opportunity to buy a complete production facility, equipped with machinery purchased new in 2016/2017. The fully intact equipment is in a like-new condition, having been installed and tested by the former owner but never put into full production. The production line has an output capability of up to 9,000 loaves per hour.
