Operating from more than 40 permanent auction sites in over 15 countries, Ritchie Bros. provides auctioneering services to businesses across the construction, mining and transportation sectors. A recent online auction of equipment from Ritchie Bros. facility in Houston, Texas attracted over 13,200 bidders. Over 4,600 lots were sold in the auction which closed with a gross transaction value of US$55+ million. Top sellers in the auction included a 2019 Caterpillar 815K compactor selling for US$485,000, and a 2002 Grove GMK5240 240-ton 10x8x10 all-terrain crane which sold for US$325,000.
