Atlanta based Greenwood Ice Cream manufactured ice cream products and frozen desserts for the retail and food service industries. Their products included Italian ices, frozen yoghurt, gelato and sorbet as well as ice cream.
The online auction opens on the 19th of September and bidding closes on the 21st of September. Equipment available in the auction includes: (3) batch ice cream freezers, (10) continuous ice cream freezers, (5) rotary cup and in-line fillers (4 oz to 32 oz), (7) ingredient feeders, (3) S/S processor tanks (250, 400, and 500 gallons), (6) 2 and 3 compartment jacketed and insulated flavor tanks, powder blending system for bag and can filling, (8) horizontal cream tanks with vertical agitation, (2) pasteurization systems, CIP systems and COP troughs, (4) ripple pumps and (5) positive displacement pumps, refrigerated trucks, milk tankers and trailers, (2) bag and box fillers, utilities Including 2018 Hurst boiler and 2018 Quincy air compressor, material handling equipment and more. The assets are located in Atlanta, Georgia.
