Tiger, in partnership with Perry Videx, is selling assets from a complete medical waste and renewable energy facility operated by Aemerge RedPak.
The Aemerge RedPak facility in Hesperia, California was built in 2017. The medical waste treatment plant can process many different categories of materials including sharps, pharmaceutical, pathological and biohazardous waste, diverting 95% of treated waste away from landfill. The plant processes organic waste using a carbonizer to transform waste into a gas output which is converted into clean energy, glass and metal for recycling and a carbon char which is used as an alternative fuel.
The timed online auction will take place on the 20th of September and features: carbonizer (1,450⁰F+ temperature capability); CEMS air quality control system; Eriez metal separator; heat recovery steam generator (HRSG); 12’x100′ horizontal belt furnace; 250KW back up diesel generator; Callidus thermal oxidizing system; MCC & switchgear; infeed conveyors and elevators; high capacity dust collection system; vertical reciprocating conveyor; emergency flare; lime silo; articulated screw conveyors; knife gate valves and more. Assets can be inspected by appointment only on the 19th of September.
