Swiss multinational pharmaceutical firm Novartis comprises two operating divisions: Innovative Medicines, focused on patent-protected prescription medicines and Sandoz, focused on generic pharmaceuticals and biosimilars. Novartis products are marketed in around 155 countries across the world.
The online auction is scheduled to take place on the 27th of September. The assets are located at multiple sites in Switzerland and can be inspected by appointment only.
