The Branford Group is selling a complete 2015 Mobo Pelbo industrial egg breaking line formerly operated by Michael Foods. The auction takes place in conjunction with New Mill Capital.
Minnesota based Michael Foods supplies food service, ingredient and branded retail products, specialising in eggs, refrigerated potatoes and plant-based foods. Their products simplify food processing and preparation and extend produce shelf life.
The online auction opens on the 8th of December and bidding closes on the 13th of December. Pre-auction offers will be accepted. The auction includes: Stainless steel Crono 6 loading system with a capacity of 180,000 eggs/ hr; loader 15-wide roller conveyor; empty trays handling and washing system featuring Kuhl Tray Washer Model HCPFFW-3-3DBASL-3HRS; Kuhl 15-row egg washing system; wash-down candler; 15-wide egg beaker conveyor; Synchro 500 egg breaking system with a capacity of 500 case/ hr (180k eggs); Albuchecker yolk scanner and breaker management system; Automatic filter FV12k. The assets are located in David City, Nebraska and can be inspected by appointment with the auctioneer only.
