Harry Davis & Company is selling fluid milk processing assets from Borden Dairy.
Borden Dairy, headquartered in Dallas, Texas, operates 12 facilities and almost 100 distribution centers located across the Midwest, Southern and Southeastern areas of the United States. Borden Dairy products include milk, cream, sour cream, buttermilk and cottage cheese.
The online auction will take place between the 10th and 12th of October. The assets are located in Dothan, Alabama and Hattiesburg, Mississippi and include: Evergreen N-8 packaging machines; Federal 36-valve S/S fillers with 15-valve capper, with pint change parts and S/S CIP attachments; Federal 26-valve S/S fillers with 8-valve capper; DCI & Walker jacketed S/S silos (25,000 and 30,000 gallon); DCI & Feldmeier 3,000 gallon jacketed S/S processor tanks; 6,000 gallon S/S sucrose tank; AGC HTST pasteurization systems; Breddo 200 gallon S/S likwifier; Tetra Pak TA400 and TAM30 homogenizers; Tetra Alfast standardizers; 2009 Cleaver Brooks gas packaged boiler; Caterpillar 5,000 lb capacity pallet jack; Caterpillar T30D fork truck; CIP skids and more.
