Canadian global asset management and heavy equipment sales firm Ritchie Bros. was first established in 1958 and has since grown to be one of the largest auctioneers of trucks and heavy equipment worldwide. Operating from more than 40 permanent auction sites in over 15 countries, Ritchie Bros. provides auctioneering services to businesses across the construction, mining and transportation sectors amongst others. A recent sale from Ritchie Bros. Fort Worth site attracted over 11,250 bidders. The auction of closed with a gross transaction value of US$50+ million, with top sellers including a 2014 Kobelco CK1100G crawler crane (US$365,000), 2016 Volvo L250H wheel loader (US$180,000) and 2017 John Deere 9570R 4WD tractor (US$170,000).
