Based in Clare, Michigan, Natural Way Cheese is a traditional farming cooperative comprised of 24 small family farms. The cooperative produces natural, grass-fed dairy products, including Mozzarella, Cheddar, Provolone, Gouda, White Cheddar, Muenster, Colby, Colby-Jack and Monterey-Jack cheeses.
The online auction opens on the 9th of November and bidding closes on the 11th of November.
