Danone is a multi-national food products company founded in Barcelona, Spain and headquartered in Paris, France. The firm manufactures fresh dairy, organic dairy and plant-based food products, fresh foods, beverages and coffee creamers under a number of brand names.
The online auction will close on the 14th of December. The assets are distributed across multiple locations including Dallas, Los Angeles, Portland, Oregon, West Jordan, Utah, and Boucherville, Quebec. Equipment available in the auction includes: Arcil thermoformed cup filling, overwrapping and case packaging line, SWF Bliss Style 1D-5A and Tecma-Aires type FM3AXE-300 case formers, Synerlink high speed robotic multipack overwrapping system (2014), (2) Mettler Toledo Safeline X-ray machines, types X3604 and 3720, Delkor model FL650 case erector packer, Tubular type ESL-UHT extended shelf-life process skid with tanks, aseptic yogurt bag filler for ½ gallon to 6 gallon bags. Face mask making and wrapping line, installed new in 2020 and featuring two position automatic face mask assembly line with material infeed, automatic flow wrapper for industrial strength face masks, polypropylene mask material inventory for inner, outer, nose and ear loops.
