In January Maynards will sell a complete 250,000 square foot heavy tonnage stamping plant formerly operated by Lear. The turnkey sale is scheduled to be held by webcast on the 26th of January and takes place in conjunction with Holland Industrial Group and The Branford Group.

The assets are located in Morristown, Tennessee and can be inspected on the 24th and 25th of January or by appointment.
