Rabin, in partnership with CRG, is selling packaging and kit assembly stations, warehouse and facility support equipment formerly operated by HelloFresh. The assets come to the market following the closure of a HelloFresh high bay refrigerated distribution facility located in Richmond, California.
Meal kit company HelloFresh distributes complete ingredient kits for homemade meals under their brands HelloFresh, Green Chef, Every Plate, Chefs Plate, youfoodz and Factor_. Headquartered in Berlin, Germany, HelloFresh has operations in Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Europe and Japan, and delivered over 1 billion meals in 2021.
The online auction will take place on the 19th January 2023 and features: (10) Interpack model USA2024-SB semi-automatic case sealers; (2) Autobag FAS Sprint Revolution side pouch bagging systems; (2) Lantech Q300XT semi-automatic turntable pallet stretch wrappers; (8) Flow rack assembly stations with Hytrol auto case transfer conveyors; label printers; dispensers; digital scales; PadPak CC cushion packaging systems; product tubs; stainless tables; large quantity of convention pallet racking; more than 800 pallet positions of high bay push back pallet racking; high bay electric turret type riding retrieval truck; hydraulic pallet jacks; maintenance equipment and more.
