The Branford Group, in conjunction with Hilco Global, is selling assets from Radienz Living.
Radienz Living manufactures home and personal care products including all-purpose cleaners, disinfectant wipes, baby wipes and facial wipes. The firm operates nine manufacturing site and warehouse facilities across North America. Radienz Living provides contract manufacturing services and manufactures for private labels.
Bidding on lots on day 1 of the 2-day online auction will close on the 21st of December. The assets, located in Pittston, Pennsylvania, include canister lines (as late as 2021), case sealers, shrink wrappers, Elsner perforator/rewinders, labelers, filler/cappers, pallet racking, process tanks, maintenance shop equipment, facility support equipment and more.
Bidding on lots featured in the second day of the auction closes on the 22nd of December. The equipment is located in Brentwood, New York and includes: late model wet wipe and flat pack production lines, labelers, case sealers, video jet printers, overwrappers, stainless steel mixing tanks, process equipment, pallet racking, forklifts, facility support equipment and more.
