The firm provides asset disposition, appraisal and auction services to a broad client base – from Fortune 500 companies to small businesses – across North America. This June CIA are selling a huge offering of equipment from metal part and fastener manufacturer John Hassall Inc. The assets come to the market following the closure of the firms manufacturing plant located in Westbury, New York.
John Hassall Inc was established in 1850. The firm specialises in the manufacture of metal fasteners and custom designed metal parts including pins, rivets, screws and cold formed parts, supplying to the aerospace, automotive, commercial, marine and medical sectors. John Hassall Inc announced the closure of their Westbury facility in June 2019 in a decision attributed to economic reasons.
