Maynards is selling stamping presses, injection molding machines and toolroom equipment formerly operated by Denso Manufacturing. The assets come to the market due to the closure of the Denso Manufacturing facility in North Carolina.
Denso Manufacturing manufactures automotive components. The firm supplies mobility, powertrain, electrification and electronic systems to car manufacturers worldwide. Denso Manufacturing was established in 1949 and now operates across 35 countries and regions.
Phase 1 of the webcast auction will take place on the 14th of March and features: (2) 500 Ton Aida TMX-S2-500(2) transfer presses, (2) Aida coil feed lines, 200 Ton Aida HMX-2000M high-speed press, 125 Ton Minster #PM3-125-48 straight side piecemaker press, (4) 2012-2013 Fanuc CNC Robodrill, model α-D14MiA5 vertical machining centers, Fanuc M900ia-600, Fanuc M900ia-260L and Fanuc M900ia-350 robots, JSW/Meiki #890H 220 ton fully electric injection molding machine (2014), Sodick #TR100VRE 120 ton vertical injection molding machines (2015 and 2004), Toyo #SI-100V-F75C 100 ton vertical injection molding machine (2010), Okamoto #ACC28-60 DX Grind-X Precision automatic surface grinder (2019), plant facilities, rolling stock and more. The assets are located in Greenville, North Carolina and can be previewed on the 13th of March or by appointment.
