Mining company Magnetation mines natural resources including iron ore, and recovers concentrate of iron ore from waste stock piles and tailing basins for use in steel manufacturing. Magnetation operates two iron ore concentrate facilities in Minnesota, and an iron ore pellet plant in Indiana.
The online auction in real time will take place on the 19th of January. The assets are located in Grand Rapids, Minnesota and can be viewed on the 18th of January or by appointment. Equipment available in the auction includes: Caterpillar 336E, 336DH, and 336DL excavators; Rosco 4890 and Tymco sweepers on Freightliner and Ford chassis; Caterpillar Challenger tractor with Haybuster Balebuster; Ford, Chevy, GMC and Dodge pickups and service trucks; Ford 4×4 pickups and service trucks; Caterpillar 740 articulate haul trucks; Kenworth and International 8600 6×4 heavy duty lube trucks; Thompson & Northern diesel powered / skid mounted pump sets; Doosan XP825 CFM / 750 hp / 150 ps portable air compressor; Sullair 185 portable compressor; new steel pipe inventory, reeled copper wire and unused aluminum cable duct and more.
