Heritage Global Partners is selling state of the art, late model laboratory equipment, research and development and production assets formerly operated by Applied Molecular Transport. The auction takes place in conjunction with Surplus Solutions.

Applied Molecular Transport develops novel oral biologic therapeutics which target diseased tissues. The firm’s products include treatments for inflammatory diseases and other diseases of the intestine, and other systemic inflammatory diseases.

The online auction opens on the 1st of May and bidding closes on the 2nd of May. The assets are located in South San Francisco, California and include laboratory equipment including AB Sciex ZenoTOF 7600 system, (5) Thermo Scientific vanquish systems, (5) Waters Acquity H UPLC Plus systems, Li-Cor Odyssey M imaging system, (4) Agilent 1260 Infinity HPLC systems, Molecular Devices SpectraMAX iD5 plate reader, BioTek Cytation 5, Eppendorf BioFlo 120 bioreactor and fermenter, Buchi B-90 spray dryers, Thermo Scientific HyPerforma 30L single use fermenter system, GEA Niro Soavi high pressure homogenizer, GE AKTApilot and consumables. Bioreactors including: Pall 50L. 200L, 400L, 1,000L and 2,000L mixtainers, (2) Pall CS1000 single-use tangential flow filtration systems. GEA Panther 3006 standalone homogenizer, Thermo Scientific 300L HyPerforma single-use fermentor skid and more.
