PPL Group is selling equipment from a contract CNC machine shop operated by Numerical Control Support Inc. The auction take place in conjunction with Machinery Network Auctions. Kansas-based machining firm Numerical Control Support Inc. manufactures products for supply to defense, aerospace and commercial companies.
The webcast auction is scheduled to take place on the 1st of June. Equipment available in the sale includes Doosan VC630/5AX and Cincinnati Lamb FTV5-2500 5 axis vertical machining centers; Doosan Puma MX252LST 7 axis mill-turn center; Doosan DNM5700, Toyoda AWEA BM1200, Mighty Viper VMC-3032AG, (2) Okuma Cadet V4020 and Makino FNC-128 4 axis 4 axis vertical machining centers. Doosan DHP-5500 4, Mori Seiki SH400, Kitamura H250B 4 axis, Niigata SPN-50 with 10 pallet APC and Okuma MC50H 4 axis horizontal machining centers; (2) Doosan Puma GT2100 CNC lathes; inspection, tool room, welding equipment and rolling stock. The equipment can be inspected on the 31st of May.
