20th February 2020 – Auction of Assets from Nestlé Distribution Center

Myron Bowling auctioneers was established in 1975 and provides industrial auction services across the United States, Canada and Mexico. This February, Myron Bowling will auction around 100 items from the Nestlé distribution center located in Muncie, Indiana. The assets are available following the closure of the facility.

Headquartered in Switzerland, Nestlé developed from the Anglo-Swiss Condensed Milk Company which was established in 1866 by Henri Nestlé. The company now manufacture and distribute a wide range of brands across the world, including baby foods, bottled water, cereals, chocolate and confectionary, coffee, chilled and frozen food, healthcare nutrition, ice cream and pet care products.

Bidding in lots in the timed, online auction will close on the 20th of February. Assets can be viewed on the day before the auction. Equipment featured in the auction, most of which has been used at cross-dock locations, include: 20 electric and LPG forklifts, to a capacity of 10,000 lb, by Crown, Hyster, Toyota and Caterillar (2016); 24 Crown & Yale electric walkie/walk behind forklifts (2018); 70 Crown & Yale electric walkie pallet jacks (2018); Tennant floor sweeper/scrubbers; battery chargers and more.
