Harry Davis & Company is selling assets from a meat production facility operated by JBS Foods. The sale features $20 million of 2021 and rebuilt equipment described as like new.

Global food company JBS Foods has operations in the United States, Canada, Mexico, Australia, New Zealand, Europe and the United Kingdom. The firm produces beef, pork and lamb. Their food companies include Swift Prepared Foods, focused on protein-centric consumer packaged foods; Primo, providing ham, salami, bacon and deli meats to retailers and food service customers in Australia; and Pilgrims, specialising in global poultry production. JBS Foods announced the closure of their plant-based meat division, Planterra, in 2022.

The online auction will take place between the 5th and 7th of June and includes: 2021 Buhler 2,000lb/hr complete extrusion system; cooking and frying equipment including 2021 JBT char marker, 2021 Provisur Weiler s/s frame rotary drum oil filtration system, 2022 Autofry 6 gallon double basket mobile automatic ventless fryer; cutting and mixing equipment including 2021 Weiler 6,500 lb capacity vacuum jacketed mixer, 2020 Seydelmann kutter/cutter, Marlen jet knife; portioning and forming equipment including 2021 JBT DSI 800 series portioning system, 2019 Vemag Ball Control meatball former; packaging equipment, brine and flavor systems, general plant equipment  and much, much more.
