Sale of Assets from Fitness Equipment Manufacturer

The Branford Group, in conjunction with Heritage Global Partners, is selling assets from Precor Inc. The equipment comes to the market following the complete closure of the Precor Inc. fabricating facility in Whitsett, North Carolina.

Fitness equipment manufacturer Precor produces fitness equipment for use in fitness club, education, corporate, hospitality, home, commercial and community settings worldwide. Their products, including treadmills, bikes, benches and racks, adaptive motion trainers and plate loaded equipment, are used in over 13,000 facilities across more than 100 countries.

The timed online auction opens on the 10th of August and bidding closes on the 17th of August. Items featured in the sale include: A state-of-the-art powder coat line; welding and fabricating equipment including Genesis/Fanuc/Lincoln 4-station robotic welding cell, (2) 2022 Genesis/Fanuc/Lincoln Versa 2 dual-arm robotic welding cells, Robovent modular welding room, Hypertherm Powermax 600 plasma cutters, Great Lakes/Robovent fume collectors, assorted Miller, Lincoln, OTC welders. Assembly automation equipment including MiR 250 shelf carriers, MiR 250 mobile industrial robots, MiRCharge 48V charging stations. Material handling equipment including 2021 Jungheinrich EZS 350 NA tow tractor, Signode HBX4300 strapping machines, facility support equipment and more.
