Harry Davis & Company is selling cheese and dairy processing equipment formerly operated by Saputo.
Dairy processing firm Saputo manufactures and distributes a large range of cheese and other dairy products, including fluid milk, cream products, cultured products, extended shelf-life milk and dairy ingredients. Saputo products are sold under private label and market-leading brands, in several countries.
The online auction will take place from the 22nd to the 24th of August. The assets, located in Lena, Wisconsin, include: Tetra Alex 400 homogenizer, APV 2-Stage MC75 homogenizer, (2) Walker 1,000 gallon double motion jacketed S/S tanks, (4) Walker 1,000 gallon double motion jacketed s/S tanks on load cells, pasteurizer with (2) plate and frame heat exchangers, (4) GEA S/S finishing vats with rakes, skid-mounted CIP systems with shell and tube heat exchangers, Alfa Laval MRPX318 HGV separator, (4) curd pumps, (2) 3,000 gallon horizontal S/S tanks and more.
