Harry Davis & Company is selling milk processing equipment formerly operated by Saputo.
Founded in 1954, dairy processing firm Saputo manufactures and distributes a large range of cheese and other dairy products and ingredients to more than 60 countries. Saputo operates 67 manufacturing facilities and sells own brand products as well as manufacturing for retail and food service brands.
The online auction will take place between the 17th and 19th of January. The assets are located in Burnaby, British Columbia and can be inspected by appointment with the auctioneer only. Equipment available in the sale includes:
Over 30 stainless steel silos and tanks up to 50,000 gallons, Alfa laval separator, pasteurization systems, milk filling lines, general plant equipment, CIP systems, Cleaver Brooks boiler with economizer, pumps, valves, ammonia compressors, fork lifts, generator and much more.
