Harry Davis & Company is selling late model food processing equipment, mixing, sheeting and baking equipment formerly operated by Cali’flour Foods. Cali’flour Foods manufactures cauliflower based low carb, gluten free pizza, pizza crusts, flatbreads, entrées and crackers. Initially sold through farmers’ markets in North Carolina, their products are now sold instore and online.                

The online auction will take place between the 7th and 9th of November. The assets are located in Castroville, California and include: 2022 Rheon Cornucopia encrusting machine with divider, 2022 Unifiller portion fill and form line including (2) Servo multi depositors with 4-lane infeed conveyor, 4-head greaser, outfeed conveyor and controls, 2021 Vincent S/S screw press, 2021 Corenco S/S screw fed disintegrator, (2) 2019 VC999 Thermoform packaging machines, 2019 Quantum sauce applicator, (3) 2019 Quantum waterfall topping applicators, 2019 Quantum granular applicator, 2021 Sinmag 200 quart planetary mixer, (5) Hobart and other mixers, 2014 Cuppone pizza form dough press, Hobart S/S vertical cutter mixer, (8) Baxter and other natural gas rack ovens, (3) 2020 GoodNature and Juiced Rite juicers with shredder, (10) frozen & refrigerated shipping containers, (2) 2021 Ingersoll-Rand 15 and 10 HP rotary screw air compressors and much more.
