Perfection Industrial are to sell stamping, fabrication and welding equipment formerly of Dayton Superior Corp. The assets come to the market following the closure of their facility located in Elk Grove Village, Illinois.
Dayton Superior evolved from the Dayton Sure Grip & Shore Company which was established in 1924 and now operates from locations in the United States, Canada, Australia and China. The firm develops and manufactures concrete accessories, forming products, paving and chemicals for the non-residential construction industry.
The live auction via webcast will take place on the 24th of June. The assets can be inspected by appointment only on the 23rd of June. Inspection via video conferencing is encouraged.
