The auction is scheduled to take place between the 26th and 28th of April. Assets featured in the sale include: Cheese making equipment including: 2009 Feldmeier 400 gallon ribbon blender, 800 gallon S/S ricotta tanks, 18,000 LB capacity horizontal cheese vats, S/S paddle blender, Rima formatrice D461/1600, Rima Speed whey draining roller, CDM inox cutter, Rima coolers. Pasteurization equipment including: AGC 5-Zone S/S frame plate heat exchanger, 5,000 lb per hour whey pasteurizer, Tetra Pak S/S frame plate heat exchanger, Alfa-Laval whey separator, Westfalia milk separator. Filtration Engineering ultra filtration system. Stainless steel silos (6,000-40,000 gallon) and tanks (500-1,000 gallon). Receiving and blending equipment including: 300 gallon likwifier, SPX high shear pump. Packaging equipment including: Pro Max vacuum packager, 2017 Mirebec Intec EWK3015TS checkweigher/metal detector, Holmatic cup filler, 2019 Koss mozzarella slicer, Multivac R230MC. The assets are located in New York and can be inspected by appointment with the auctioneer only.
