Rabin, in partnership with Heritage Global Partners, is selling brewery and cannabis production equipment surplus to the ongoing needs of Caliva.
California based Caliva was founded in 2015 and manufactures cannabis products – including pre-rolls, flowers, vapes and edibles – for adult and medical use. The firm operates stores, and dispensing and delivery services throughout the San Francisco Bay area.
The timed online auction will take place on the 27th of April. The assets are located in Costa Mesa, California and include: brewery assets including SMT 40-CLT-GA kettle, SMT 20-KW-GA whirlpool, SMT 80-BT mash lauter tun, Ager 6370 60 BBL fermenter tanks, Apex Brewing 15 BBL fermenter tank, Ager 6371 60 BBL jacketed brite tanks, 15 BBL fermenter tanks, ABE craft Can15 canning line and packoff table. Cannabis extraction, production and facility equipment including: Natoli NP-255 tablet press, Ryo Filling joint rolling machines, Waters C02 system, oil cartridge filling machines, Accutek 00-550-000 labeler, Buchi B-290 mini spray dryer, Buchi R-250 Pro Conti rotavapor, Advanced Ozone Integration Topax oxidation system, Lantech stretch wrapper.
