Cincinnati Industrial Auctioneers is selling CNC lasers, press brakes, welders and other fabrication equipment formerly operated by O’Gara Armoring. O’Gara Armoring provided services to militaries, governments, corporations and individuals, specialising in the manufacture of armored vehicles. The firm announced the wind down of their operations earlier this year.
The auction takes place over two days. A webcast auction on the 25th of May will feature equipment located in Fairfield, Ohio, and an online auction closing on the 26th of May will feature equipment from the O’Gara Armoring facility in West Chester, Ohio. Equipment available in the auctions includes: 8,000 watt Cincinnati CL980 CNC fiber laser (new 2018), 3,000 watt LVD Impuls 3200 CNC CO2 laser, 250 ton x 14′ Accurpress 725014 2-axis CNC press brake, 400 ton x 16′ Accurpress 740016 3-axis CNC press brake, Hurco BX60i CNC vertical machining center (new 2020), Koma UNIKO tool presetter (new 2019), 2-Station Yaskawa weld cell (new 2020), 5′ x 5/16″ Akbend ASM-S 170-15/7.0J plate bending roll, 10′ x 3/16″ Betenbender hydraulic shear, (70+) Miller welders (new as 2016), band saws, drills, sanders, pass thru down draft paint and cure booths by Col-Met and GFS, large quantity HD welding tables, clamps and accessories, Faro arm type CMMs (new 2017/2019), air compressors by Atlas Copco, Quincy and others (new as 2012), Gorbel jib cranes and overhead free standing crane systems and more.
