Rabin is selling late model food preparation equipment formerly operated by JUST Inc. The auction is held in partnership with Heritage Global Partners. Food manufacturing firm JUST Inc specialises in the development and marketing of plant-based alternatives to egg products using mung beans.
The timed online auction will take place on the 18th of May. The assets – described as well maintained and most new in 2016 – are located in San Francisco, California and include: Buflovak model 6×8 2-roll mill, previously used as starch mill (new 2016); Manitowoc Lincoln all stainless mobile impingement oven (new 2016); Pama Parsi “Pastation” fresh pasta workstation (like new condition); Thermo-Fisher type Apex 100 dual frequency pass through metal detector; Hinds Bock SP 64 single piston depositor, 1oz. to 64 oz. (new 2016); (5) 500 litre cone bottom jacketed mix tanks with VFD speed controller; QCG model 4E table top grinding mill, plus Fristam 10 hp mobile pumps.
