The sale includes: 109,000 square foot manufacturing facility over 4 floors and featuring 3 growing rooms, laboratory, greenhouse and loading docks; Capna Systems ares falling film evaporator; Capna Ethos 6 ethanol extraction system; Capna Systems ceres centrifuge; irrigation system; racking; warehouse equipment; adjacent store front; 29 acres of land split into parcels of 3.9, 10.93, 7.58 and 6.59 acres.
