Rabin, in partnership with Onyx Asset Advisors, is selling laboratory and production equipment formerly operated by Zosano Pharma. The assets are currently being offered as a turnkey opportunity and come to the market following the closure of Zosano Pharma’s facility in Fremont, California.
Clinical stage biopharmaceutical company Zosano Pharma designed a transdermal delivery system for the systemic administration of bioactive molecules and therapeutics. The firm filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy in June.
The timed online auction will take place on the 22nd of July.
