The Branford Group is selling metalworking equipment – including metal stamping, turning, fabricating, machining, robotic welding and tube bending equipment – formerly operated by TG Manufacturing. The assets come to the market due to bankruptcy. The auction takes place in conjunction with Integra Assets Solutions.
Michigan based TG Manufacturing was founded in 2007. The firm supplied metalworking services to a broad range of industries including the automotive, aerospace, food, construction and renewable energy sectors. TG Manufacturing filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy earlier this year.
The two-day online auction will be held on the 2nd of August (featuring equipment located in Grand Haven, Michigan) and 3rd of August (featuring equipment located in Tupelo, Mississippi). Equipment is available for inspection the day before each auction.
