The Branford Group, in conjunction with Prestige Auctions is selling equipment surplus to the ongoing operations of Valley Tool and Manufacturing LLC.
Aerospace manufacturer Valley Tool and Manufacturing LLC was originally founded as a tool and die business, formed following the merger of Maurer Metalcraft and Valley Tool. The firm provides a range of services including machining, sheet metal fabrication, painting, Nadcap welding and assembly work.
The online auction opens on the 1st of August and bidding closes on the 4th of August. The assets are located at the Valley Tool and Manufacturing LLC facilities in Orange and Milford, Connecticut, and can be inspected by appointment with the auctioneer only.
