Canadian dairy company Saputo manufactures a wide range of dairy products including fluid milk, cheese, cream products and dairy ingredients, and is amongst the top ten dairy processors in the world. In September 2021 Saputo acquired the Carolina Aseptic and Carolina Dairy businesses operated by AmeriQual Group Holdings LLC. Carolina Aseptic specialises in the manufacture and distribution of aseptic shelf-stable food and beverage products, operating from a facility located in Troy, North Carolina.
The online auction will take place between the 22nd and 24th of August. The assets featured in the sale are located at the Troy facility and include: 6-pass skid-mounted tubular pasteurizer; 2013 Walker 900 gallon dome-top cone-bottom jacketed 316L S/S tank; Cryovac aseptic vertical form fill and seal machine; Feldmeier dome-top cone-bottom jacketed aseptic S/S tank with vertical scrape-surface agitation, mounted on load cells with sterile air skid; 2013 SPX Scrape-surface votator units, 6’6″ length; Cherry Burrell 1,300 gallon dome-top jacketed S/S tank, with vertical double-motion scrape-surface agitation; Graco SaniForce tote unloader; rebuilt Gaulin MC45-3TBS 2-stage homogenizer; 2019 Admix powder blending system with Admix Dynashear DS-425 and SPX 2065LR pumps and S/S cone hopper with lid and more.
