Hilco Industrial is selling pipe and metal fabrication, welding, material handling and other equipment. The assets come to the market following the closure of the Valerus Field Solutions facility located in Sealy, Texas.
Valerus Field Solutions is a division of SNC-Lavalin, a global engineering and project management firm headquartered in Montreal. Valerus Field Solutions has operated from their Texas site since 2016. The closure of the oil and gas handling equipment manufacturing facility was announced in January.
The two-day online auction will take place on the 8th and 9th of July. Assets can be inspected ahead of the sale on the 7th of July by appointment. Items featured in the sale include:
