Canadian global asset management firm Ritchie Bros. was first established in 1958 and has since grown to be one of the largest auctioneers of trucks and heavy equipment worldwide. Operating from more than 40 permanent auction sites in over 15 countries, Ritchie Bros. provides auctioneering services to businesses across the construction, mining and transportation sectors amongst others. A recent online sale of equipment from their Fort Worth location saw more than 10,800 bidder register from 60 countries. Over 4,400 lots were sold in the sale – the majority to bidders in the United States, but also with sales to international buyers in Romania, Australia and China – with a total gross transactional value in excess of US$58 million.
On August the 28th Ritchie Bros. will sell a huge selection of truck tractors, pick ups, water trucks, hydraulic excavators and wheeled loaders, attachments and other equipment from their facility in Phoenix, Arizona.
