The assets are available following the closure of the firm’s production plant located in Artern, Germany.
Aryzta is an international food company, suppling the global food service, retail and quick-service restaurant sectors. The firm specialises in baked goods and sweet and savoury foods – including breads, quiches, pies, appetisers and sauces. Their brands include La Brea Bakery, Otis Spunkmeyer, Coup De Pates and Cuisine De France. Aryzta operates more than 50 bakeries located across Europe, North America, South America, Asia, Australia and New Zealand.
The online auction opened on the 9th of September and bidding closes on the 30th of September. The equipment can be viewed on the 24th of September by appointment with the auctioneer only. Lots featured in the sale include:
