The assets, which come to the market following the reorganisation of the media centre of Encompass Digital Media Ltd, are located in Wyvil Court, London, UK. Encompass provides video services to the broadcasting industry, specialising in end-to-end video solutions. The company has broadcast facilities in the United States, South America, Asia and the UK and delivers content via 1,200 channels to Europe, Africa, Asia and the Middle East.
