The assets come to the market following the closure of Monterey Mushrooms Bonne Terre processing facility. Monterey Mushrooms was founded in 1971. The company produce and distribute fresh mushrooms from their farms across North America, supplying restaurants, grocers and food manufactures across the United States.
The live on-site auction with online bidding will end on the 19th of November. Assets may be inspected on the 18th of November or by appointment and include:
