Experts in auction in the food and beverage sector, Industrial Auctions, are to sell a wide selection of food production equipment. The assets come to the market following the closure of the CookUp Solutions facility in Capellen, Luxembourg.
French food manufacturers CookUp Solutions specialised in the development, manufacture and distribution of frozen convenience foods. The company operated two production plants – in Capellen and La Rochelle. Production at the Capellen site ceased in late 2018, whilst the La Rochelle site continues operation with a new shareholder.
Bidding in lots in the online auction will close on the 28th of January.The assets can be viewed on the 22nd and 23rd of January, and include:
Food processing equipment including: cutters; meat grinders; mixers, dicers; tumblers; cooking vessels; presses and pumps; filling machines; depositers; cheese spreaders; infeed bunkers; multihead weighers; vertical packing machines; tray sealers; shrink tunnels;x-ray scanner; check weighers; labelling equipment. Transport and logistics equipment including: pallet wrappers; trucks and trailers; reach trucks; pallet lifters; meat bins; mixing tub; protection guards. Transport belts including: tray infeed stations; transport and elevating belts; angle and roller conveyors; vibrating gutters. Cooling and freezing equipment including: screw, piston, cooling and freezing compressors; separators; condensers; refrigeration towers; evaporators; heat exchanger. Pumps including: circulation, lobe, centrifugal and membrane pumps. Safety equipment and workshop, canteen and office inventory.
