International auction and asset management specialists Corporate Assets Inc, in conjunction with Platinum Asset Services, are to sell a wide range of equipment formerly of Westlake Industries Inc.
Westlake Industries were established in 2006 and specialise in the fabrication and installation of pipe spools, module assemblies and pipe supports. The company have developed a range of welding procedures, and fabricate power and process piping.
The onsite and online auction will take place on the 20th of February. The assets are located in Burlington, Ontario, and include: MARUHIDE (2008) PIPE COASTER HID-1300MTS 7 axis CNC pipe cutting machine; PINES (2008) MODEL NO.4 hydraulic horizontal rotary pipe bending machine. Welders including: MILLER (2007-2008) PIPEPRO 450 RFC digital MIG welders; MILLER (2009) PIPEWORX 400 digital MIG welder; a selectionof IRCO, TEAM INDUSTRIES and ARONSON welding positioners; IRCO and PANDJIRIS track mounted sub-arc welding systems; welding support equipment; hydrostatic testing equipment. A selection of conventionalmachinery including: HYD-MECH (1998) M-20A automatic horizontal band saw; BAXTER VERTICUT 475SA semi-automatic horizontal band saw; PIRANHA P50 hydraulic iron worker; KITCHEN & WADE E32 MARK II MODEL 12/54 5’ radial arm drill. Factory support equipment, material handling equipment and rolling stock.
Assets may be inspected on the 19th of February and on the morning of the auction.
