A complete naan bread and flatbread baking plant formerly operated by the Gourmet India Food Company will be sold by industrial and commercial auctioneers Rabin, in partnership with Machinery and Equipment.
Gifco was established in 1985. Using a semi-automated process and unique hand stretch lines, the company manufactures handmade naan breads and flatbread using organic, vegan and non-GMO ingredients. Their products are sold under the Gourmet India, Ready Rounds and Good Life brands.
The online real-time auction will begin on the 6th of November, with assets being available to inspect ahead of the sale on the 5th of November. The plant, located in Whittier, California, includes:
