The assets are surplus to the operation of The Keeney Manufacturing Company, located in Newington, Connecticut.
The Keeney Manufacturing Company was established in 1923 and manufactures a range of products including coin air and quarter turn valves, brass and plastic sink repair parts, bath drains and toilet repair parts. The company are headquartered in Connecticut and have sites in four other US states, in Canada and China.
