Industrial auctioneering and equipment sales specialist Maynards was first established in Vancouver in 1902. The firm has expertise in the liquidation, valuation and financing of industrial assets for clients across multiple industry sectors, with global reach from offices located in the United States, Canada, Germany, UK, China and Japan. In a two day auction this August Maynards, in conjunction with International Process Plants, will sell electric motor and transmission gear manufacturing equipment and plant support equipment formerly operated by a Maryland-based automotive manufacture. The assets come to the market following plant closure.
Day one of the auction will take place via webcast on the 4th of August. Assets available on the first day of the sale include: Grob BZ-500 CNC horizontal machining centers; Prawema CNC gear cutting machines; Buderus CNC 235 vertical hard turning machines; Emag CNC lathes; Heli-Flo filtration systems; Valiant & Centri-spray washers. Assembly and production lines featuring Allen Bradley Panelview 1000, 1250, 1500 and 1750 HMI units, Atlas Copco controllers and fasteners, PLC racks and variable speed drives. Forst broaching machines and broach bars; Nagel hones, plant support equipment and more.
Day two of the auction will be held online on the 5th of August. Assets available on the second day of the auction include: Hyster electric forklifts; New Age hardness testers; optical comparator; Starrett granite surface plates; Leco carbon analyzer; New Age micro hardness tester; Unite-A-Matic gear checkers and more.
Assets are located in White Marsh, Maryland and may be inspected on the 2nd and 3rd of August or by appointment.
