Auctioneering firm Harry Davis & Company was first established in 1955. The Pittsburgh based company has grown to be a leader in equipment sales and appraisal services in the region. This July, the firm will sell aseptic processing, drying and evaporation equipment, decanters, centrifuges and other machinery formerly operated by Carolina Innovative Food Ingredients.
Nashville-based Carolina Innovative Food Ingredients specialised in the manufacture of juice and dehydrated fruit and vegetable products. The closure of the company was announced in 2020.
