California based Heritage Global Partners is an auctioneering and equipment sales firm providing a range of services – from the sale of single assets through to complete turnkey facilities and factories. The firm conducts 150-200 auctions each year, operating across 30 countries. Heritage Global Partners works with clients across more than 25 industries, including the biotech, pharmaceutical, aerospace and food and beverage sectors. This July, Heritage Global Partners will sell a great range of equipment surplus to the ongoing operations of Canopy Growth Corporation. The auction takes place in partnership with Federal Equipment Company, Keith Machinery Corp and Proxio Group.
Canopy Growth Corporation is a Canadian firm specialising in diversified cannabis and cannabinoid-based consumer products, including softgel capsules, infused beverages, edibles, oils and dried flowers. The company markets medical products under their Spectrum Therapeutics brand, and to adult use markets via their Tweed and Tokyo Smoke brands.
The online auction will take place between the 13th and 15th of July. Much of the equipment available in the auction is unused, and under three years old. Assets include: 2019 SMS rotary hemp cleaner and dryer with screw conveyor; 2018 LCI thin film evaporator skid system for cannabis oil; 2019 Pinnacle stainless alcohol extraction system processing skids with solvent recovery and all components; 2018 Bepex disintegration grinding, Solidaire drying and Solidaire cooling systems with all packaged components; 2017 Beijing Kun You Pharmaceutical / Beijing Sunshine Automatic softgel encapsulation system; 2018 Cool Breeze 12000 cfm and 3750 cfm desiccant air handlers with dehumidification; 2019 Bellpark horticulture cannabis table and automation nursery systems; 2017 Capmatic Alpha capping / over capping and Labelstar wrap and seal labeling system and much more.
